The 17th Annual Friends of the Kaufman County Library Books & Bargains Sale will be held at the library on Friday April 11 from 10:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. and Saturday April 12th from 9:00 a..m. until 3:00 p.m. There will be a special evening event for early sales on April 10 from 5:00 p,m. until 7:00 p.m. There will be a $3.00 admission charge for those older than 17. Free coffee will be served and homemade bake goods will be available for sale.

Jake E's Riding Round Up- a non profit, Therapeutic Horse Riding Center in Kaufman invites you and your buddies to our Chuck Wagon Dinner and Auction Fundraiser, April 26th at the Ranch! GATES OPEN at 3:00pm with Facility Tour, Auction Preview, Hayrides and Horseshoes. 5:00pm (Dinner, Entertainment, Auction) We are having a great meal?,served off of authentic chuck wagons and eaten around campfires. We have a "Trinity Dove Release" planned? by Occasions at Stone River , exciting entertainment with Log Cabin Square Dancers and live music by John Randolph.
